The hottest days of summer have passed now and we still have good weather. When is the best season for learning Spanish enjoying a warm Mediterranean climate? We definitely advise to come to Alhambra Instituto in October or November. School is not full, teachers have more time to respond all students needs and also our program is very interesting.

The arrival of autumn for many foreigners is the ideal time to make trips to Malaga to spend one or several weeks, enjoy quieter beaches, sun and see as well  outdoor activities with very pleasant temperatures. Moreover Malaga and the famous Costa del Sol are much more than beach, so that in addition to spend a couple of days to relax and rest it´s an excellent idea to discover nearby towns, as well as its beautiful landscapes or including a tour of the city of Malaga which offers a rich cultural program. In Alhambra Instituto Lorenzo Molina is our head teacher but also he spend all weekends with our students in different parts of Andalucia. Thanks that students improve not only the language but also culture.

In autumn, when everyone is back from vacation and the city regains its routine, Malaga focuses on attractive cultural events, shopping, entertainment and its own beauty and innate joy.

The city of Malaga is also an attractive meeting point for many fairs and congresses, taking place at the modern Trade Fair and Congress Centre of Malaga, situated just a few kilometres from Malaga airport. In autumn there are many adult 50 plus students who want to enjoy holidays. Also more and more students are coming to Malaga. They participate in many european programs like Leonardo de Vinci or Erasmus and stay in Malaga for even one year. The University in Malaga is more and more famous in the world.

In autumn, in Malaga the leisure and entertainment offer is also reinforced with musical concerts of groups of all musical styles, variety shows and bullfights. Cinemas and theatres showcase their latest screenings at a time of year that invites more to indoor events. The children’s paradise Tivoli and the natural parks of Sealife and Selwo Marina, dedicated to the marine world will delight children. Strolling along the promenade in autumn is a pleasant experience, enjoying the taste of the sea breeze.

For nature lovers there are also options such as nature trails, discovering charming villages and everything that relates to outdoor activities as in autumn temperatures are much nicer.
